The lecturers will introduce and practice the reflecting team-method. By means of sharing perceptions, feelings or reflections from the team, participants are enabled to see their problems from different angels as well as receive multiple resonances.

Course Description
The lecturers will give a short introduction to the method of collegial counselling, a structured form of counselling for result-oriented, practical and self-regulated handling of problems in a group. During the course, you will have the opportunity to work out solutions to your individual concerns with the help of this method and the other course participants.
